Andrew Koch – GM Operations Asia
Based in Asia, Andrew has over 18 years’ exposure and demonstrated experience within a wide range of management and operational roles relating to Exploration and Mine mineral drilling operations throughout Australia, South East Asia & Indochina regions. Capable of initiating and co ordinating drilling programs to deliver and exceed expectations from start to finish through professional management methods and attention to detail. Andrew has worked from the bottom up in the industry and has a solid drilling background within underground and surface operations comprising of Diamond Exploration, R/C Exploration, Resource Drilling, Grade Control Drilling, Geotechnical Drilling, Hydro Depressurization Drilling and regional & remote Heli Drilling Operations. He currently holds an Advance Diploma of Drilling Management.
Tom McMahon – Country Manager – Philippines , Malaysia and Cambodia
Tom has been involved in the civil construction, mining, exploration and drilling industries for 20 years and has previously worked for some of Australia’s largest mining and consultancy firms in operational and management roles. He has globally recognised accreditations in Drilling, Project Management, Safety and Geotechnics. With an extensive knowledge of all facets of our operations and >10 years experience in Asia he is able to offer clients a professional and practical insight on drilling and other operational requirements from greenfields exploration through to production and technically challenging programs in the region. Tom believes that a high level of operational integrity in turn results in both a productive and practically safe work environment and these are tenements with which he passes onto his team. Tom manages our Philippines operations and other members of his Philippines team help service across the group.
Grant Dobbrick – CEO
Grant has extensive experience in global operations such as KPMG and RioTinto, most recently as Head of Commercial for the Rio Tinto Exploration Division. Grant joins our highly experienced board and management team and will focus on supporting our valued clients as we deliver the minerals necessary for the energy transition.
